We believe Mother’s Day is a time to recognise the incredible people who guide, support, and inspire us every single day.
Each dish has been prepared with care and attention, bringing together beautiful seasonal ingredients and flavours that feel both comforting and special.
Menu

On arrival
- Sourdough and roasted shallot and cheese foccacia served with truffled nuts and butter terrine (v)
To start
Choose from:
- Soup of the day served with bread and Netherend farm butter (vea) (gfa) (coa)
- Pan fried sea bass served with patatas bravas and saffron mayonnaise
- Confit duck leg served with puy lentils and red wine sauce (gfa)
- Beetroot and feta arancini served with onion ketchup and chive mayo (gf)
- House smoked salmon and halibut served with pickled fennel and blood orange salad
- Braised chroizo and crispy chicken wings served with aioli and chive oil
Main course
Choose from:
- Sunday roast served with roasted hasselback potatoes, mash potato, seasonal greens, honey glazed carrots, braised red cabbage, gravy and Yorkshire pudding (gfa) choose from:
- Roasted sirloin of Cheshire beef (gfa)

- Mint and garlic roasted leg of Dales lamb
