Step into the past with this powerful exhibition exploring the working-class housing conditions and personal stories from Rochdale’s Packer Street and surrounding area, once known as the Gank.
Through photographs, memories, and historical insights, the exhibition sheds light on the homes and lives of those who lived in this long-forgotten slum.
This exhibition is part of Heritage Open Days, which are running from Friday, 12 September 2025–Sunday, 21 September 2025.
