Warm sourdough with cultured butter
Course 1
Sea bass, potted Morecombe Bay shrimp and St Annes samphire
Vegetarian option: moong daal, miso glazed courgettes and curry leave sauce (ve)
Course 2
Miso glazed duck breast and roasted king scallop
Vegetarian option: burrata, caramelised peach and passionfruit lime dressing (v)
Course 3
Bury black pudding and quail scotch egg with Rochdale black peas
Vegetarian option: wild mushroom arancini, spinach puree and vegan truffle oil (ve)

Rochdale Town Hall's signature beef wellington, wild mushroom duxelles, air dried ham, chicken liver parfait and red wine sauce
Vegetarian option: Karniyarik aubergines, Lebanese cous cous and Punjabi fruit curry dressings (ve)

Manchester tart, clotted cream and honey dressing
Vegetarian option: cherry and almond brownie with vanilla ice cream (ve)
