The evening menu changes regularly based on the chef’s selection.

Bury black pudding scotch egg

Served with Rochdale black peas and grated parmesan.

Pan fried Scottish scallop (gf) (£2 supplement)

Served with Yorkshire asparagus, fresh peas and chive salad.

Ham hock, chicken and leek pressing (gfa)

Served with house pickles, soft herb salad and warm bread.

Pea and asparagus soup (gfa)

Served with truffle oil, chives and crispy shallots.

Sea bass (gf) (£2 supplement)

Served with ratatouille, olives, aubergine caviar and Nduja oil.

MAIN COURSES

Cornfed chicken breast (gf)

Served with artichoke dauphine potato, spring onions, mushroom ragu and cépe hollandaise sauce.

Grilled pork cutlet

Served with ed onion tarte tatin, pickled turnips and spinach puree.

Pan-fried halibut (gf) (£5 supplement)

Served with sautéed Jersey royals, pea velouté and tenderstem broccoli.

Ribeye steak for two persons (gf) (£20 supplement)

Served with roast tomatoes, mushrooms, triple cooked chips, salad and peppercorn sauce.

Slow cooked lightly spiced cauliflower pave (v) (vea)

Served with spring greens, purees and garden herbs.

Pavlova (v)

Served with compressed strawberries and crème diplomat 

Duo of cheeses

Yorkshire Blue and Baron Bigod Brie served with artisan crackers and a tomato and onion chutney.

Dark chocolate tart (v)

Served with pistachio cream and candied brittle.

Lemon posset (v) (gfa)

Served with white chocolate crumb, poached apricots, poached peaches and gingerbread.
